A graduate of Loyola University of Los Angeles, Dennis provides a wealth of knowledge from both the real estate industry, as well as corporate America.  With in depth Human Resources experience, Dennis excels in negotiation, problem solving, and customer relations; combined with seven years experience in real estate sales and marketing.   

Joni and Dennis met while Joni was doing her undergraduate work at Loyola Marymount University in Los Angeles.  Joni’s background encompasses marketing and sales for a large Los Angeles based corporation dealing in residential and residential income construction, property management and loan processing.  Joni’s natural ability to not only listen but also hear and facilitate the needs of her clients has made her a successful, well-respected asset to the real estate industry and the community.  Together, Dennis and Joni have been a team not only in business but also in life for over 37 years.
